From a Dutch supplier of eco-friendly fabrics, this is a wonderful, fully waterproof rain slicker fabric, windproof and lightly insulated with a comfortable woven backing. It has about 10% stretch in the width only, but it is very stable and does not fray. A breeze to cut and sew! The vivid digital print has a 8" vertical repeat and features adorable little umbrellas and raindrops on a navy blue background. It's more firm than drapey and the face has soft and substantial character. The perfect weight for a spring jacket, vest, children's coveralls, tote or backpack, etc. The manufacturer recommends hand or machine wash in cool water and hang to dry.
